Application · Fall 2026 pilot cohort

Co-Produced AI Governance

Three to five organizations, one shared virtual room, three sessions. Your team leaves able to evaluate tools, set policy, and answer to your community about how you use AI, without us in the room.

3 sessions 90 minutes each Virtual Up to 5 seats per organization No cost Fall 2026

The three sessions

  1. AI literacy and demystification
  2. Governance foundations
  3. Evaluating AI tools

What your organization keeps

  • Literacy diagnostic results, before and after
  • Scenario sorting worksheet, which becomes your first use policy
  • Tool evaluation rubric, 20 criteria
  • Leadership commitment document
  • Point-in-time upskilling report for funders and your board
01

Your organization

Takes about ten minutes. Your answers save in this browser as you go.

The communities you are accountable to. This shapes how the sessions are taught.
Approximate headcount is fine.
02

Contacts

One person we reach with logistics, and the person who leads the organization.

03

Your team

Up to five seats. The same team attends all three sessions, so bring the people who will carry this afterward. Volunteers and board members count as seats. Bring fewer if your team is smaller.

What makes a strong team. Whoever leads the organization, whoever handles your tools and systems, and at least one person close to the community-facing work. Three people wearing all of those hats is a real team for this.
